QuestionWhen I use the app to send photos it says “sent” but they never show up on the frame. I can’t find anything that will help me trouble shoot. The device seems to be paired correctly but no matter what I try the photos don’t ever make it to the device.

- Answer The total number of images depends on the actual size of the images, however, you can roughly expect 1,000+ images. The frame will not accept any photos once it has reached capacity.
