• Yes, the WIFI frame will run a slideshow of photos that are uploaded to the frame or of photos that are on an SD card or USB thumb drive. When you send photos using the phone app you can only send 9 at a time, depending on the size of the photos.

• Yes it scrolls. It has 16GB internal memory so it can store quite a few images. You can upload 9 photos at a time with the app and there is a micro SD slot as well
