Hold your finger on the right earbud's flat surface until you hear it speak. It will say connected or connecting and pairing. If it's not paired, make sure your receiver is on. If that isn't the problem, you may want to go through the steps to pair them. It's also important to make sure you power them down before you charge them, or they won't charge properly. Just leave the earpuds inside the doc until it pairs with required device, make sure to check the switch on the transmitter to see if it's on tx or RX the blue lights on the puds will change to a flashing red when pair.
