• I experienced the same problem.Seems to be quality issues with the "true wireless" setup. Cheaper headphones like these tend to have stereo/sync issues. The best thing I can advise is to put them both into the charging case and fully charge the set. Then put them both into your ears before connecting your device.

• The TWS earbuds do work together at the same time. When the case is first opened, both earbud will flash red/blue, once it is connected to each other, one of the earbud will blink blue only and the other will stay flashing red/blue. Once it is connected to the transmitter, both earbuds will only flash blue. You can also confirm the connection by checking that the LED "A" on the transmitter is Blue.

• When you open the case just wait until they are paired before removing them.
