• I don’t think the iPhone 7 has the wireless charging feature? I believe it’s the iPhone 8 or above? Either way, I put my iPhone 8 face up to charge. When the blue bar lights up, its charging.

• With my phone, there is a blue light on the charging pad that comes on.

• The phone can only charge with the backside down. You will know it’s charging when it beeps and a blue light will glow on the front side of the device under the phone.
