“I love the picture, but am having pretty significant video and sound delay. Sometimes it's in synch, then out, then in again with no rhyme or reason. I'm on ethernet and my computer camera never has this issue. Any suggestions?”

Make sure that your laptop microphone is turned off. Some laptops do not turn off the internal mic when a camera has been added. If you're still having problems give us a call at 866-580-1978 opt 2.
