“I just bought the aluratek webcam about 3 weeks ago and used it once put the lens cover on it and when i pulled it out for use again it is all blurry and i keep trying to figure out what went wrong since it wasn't used at all, Please help.”

Please try to manually turn the lens to focus. This is a manual focus webcam and perhaps when you added or removed the lens cover it affected the focus a bit.
