QuestionThe mute button on the headset does not work when connected via a computer or laptop. Can you advise how we can do this ?

- Answer I as well am having this issue. I connected the headset on my IPhone and was able to mute the call. When using an internet phone or Microsoft Teams I am not able to mute the headset very disappointing as this is where it is used the most for me.
