QuestionIt took 2 and 1/2 hours to do my first dish Wah load? Why it is so long? I select ,normal cycle, heat dry. Any other selection will reduce the time? I will try quick wash next time to see how long it will take.

- Answer I would consider checking water pressure. Also check filter located in bottom of the inside of washer.

QuestionAre the high temp and heat dry off by default? If not, can they be programmed to be by default? I like a normal wash without those features, so would I be able to have it so that I have to press only two buttons each time I put in a load of dishes?

- Answer Once you find the settings you want, just press the control lock button and hold for 3 seconds (until the light comes on). You'll be all set til you want to change it. Good Luck! :)
