QuestionMy lid on the washer is stuck in a position that will not close properly, and the lock lid light stays on consistently. Im assuming this preventing the machine in starting a new cycle. Like a sensor was worn or broken, what can I do please.

QuestionI was washing my clothes and it was on the rinse cycle and I forgot to put softer in it so I opened the lid and put soften in it and I had left the lid open after 10 minutes it drain but all the water has drained out and it keeps sounding like it’s drain

- Answer What you are experiencing is normal. If the lid is open for more than 10 minutes the Washer will drain the water because it thinks you are canceling the cycle. We hope this helps!

QuestionI don't like that the agitator barely agitates throughout entire wash cycle. It does not speed up during the cycle. Can this be adjusted?

QuestionHelp! we just had this washer installed today and I have tried to get it to work. It is currently set to auto sense and the casual cycle. The light indicates that is is sensing fill and then it moves to wash and the machine does nothing after that.

- Answer Yes. Installation is $99 I believe. I installed it myself because it really is that easy. However, I did pay for them to remove the old set. That charge was $24.99
