A:AnswerWhat I've found out is manufacturers have designed new machines to have a little water left at bottom so this prevents the seals from drying out.Makes sense. When i received my new machine it had a little water in the drum on 2 of them you dont see it just hear it when moving drum back and forth by hand..I've read the manual it says to leave machine lid open in between washes to prevent buildup of any odors.And clean with Affresh every 30 cycles.Hope this helps.Answers by manufacturer online is not that helpful.But what you have is normal.

A:AnswerWhat you are experiencing is normal. If the lid is open for more than 10 minutes the Washer will drain the water because it thinks you are canceling the cycle. We hope this helps!
