QuestionThis washer was delivered today; on the 1st cycle, a pillow case got stuck under the agitator, and the machine shut off. I was able to release the pillow case, but now the washer won’t function. The tub seems very wobbly within the machine. What gives?

QuestionWhat is the difference between HE detergent and regular? What will happen if you use regular detergent? Just curious. I'm getting this washer and have several bottles of regular laundry detergent.

- Answer I talked to a guy in dollar general and he said most all detergents now are HE. He showed me the symbol on the bottle as i could not find it.

- Answer You can use fabric softener with this machine. There is not an automatic dispenser thought. You can get the Downy ball or just add your softer in the bottom of the washer as you start the load.
