“this watch does not seem to fit on the watch charger (which is concave) i have, it slides to the side and clings toi it. How do i charge this phone, did you deliberately build it this way so i could not use other chargers”

This watch uses the included charger. It's not that they built it so that you can't use other chargers; it's the manufacturers of those other products prevent others from copying their proprietary charger designs. The advantage of the charger this came with is that it's USB C powered, so you can have it on as long or short of a cord as you want.
