“Has anyone tried to turn on Discoverable feature? I turned it on, scanned for blue tooth devices using my chromebook and desktop, none of them found my band. Amazfit support's response to my ticket was very vague.”

Hi there Mark, The reason your Chromebook nor your desktop wouldn't pick up the device is because it ONLY compatible with iOS and Android OS mobile devices that can download the Zepp App as your computers are not mobile devices ,as a result the watch will not be able to work with your chrome book or desktop
