Q: QuestionHow do I get warranty help. Bip 6 stop worklng after 1 month. It first stop showing notifications. Fixed that by resetting it and re-pairing to phone. Now, it just will not turn on and yes, it's charged

• A:Answer Hi there, yes the Bip 6 step counter keeps track of your steps throughout the day for you. Our products gather your step/calorie data via an algorithm that determines how far one's arm would swing while walking at a normal pace. This algorithm is based on the height, weight, and gender of the user. This means that if your arms are stationary while you are walking (i.e. your hands are on your bags or in your pocket while walking) it will not register your steps taken. Michael | Amazfit Support
