- A:Answer Yes. Amazfit T-Rex has a water resistance grade of 5ATM. It can be used for water activities in shallow water such as in a swimming pool or at the beaches. However, it does NOT support sauna, hot springs and diving. Notes: In accordance with GB/T 30106-2013 / ISO 22820:2010, a device that's water resistant at a depth of 50 meters shall be graded as 5 ATM.

Q: QuestionT-Rex stopped working after 5 months. AmazFit says they only honor the 1 year warranty for devices purchased from their own online store. Best Buy tells me that they cannot repair or replace this item - only the manufacturer can do that. No real Warranty?

This limited warranty is valid only for Products sold and distributed to Customers in the United States or Canada from Amazfit’s online store or an authorized dealer. Warrantor: This one-year limited consumer warranty ("Warranty") is issued by Huami Inc., a Delaware corporation, headquartered in Mountain View, CA doing business as Amazfit ("Amazfit"). Warrantee: Amazfit issues this Warranty to a consumer ("Consumer" or "you"). A Consumer is a person or entity who buys a new, covered device from Amazfit’s online store or an authorized dealer. This Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Q: QuestionI have the Amazfit Pace. There used to be an Amazfit app that would sync information from the watch. The App has changed to Zepp and does not sync any info from my watch. Will the T-Rex work with the App? What are the differences between the watches?

- A:Answer yes the T-Rex does work with the Zepp App, T-Rex is Military Certified for ruggedness, has battery life up to 20 days vs 5 days form the Pace, the Pace has the ability to store music on the watch which allows you to leave your phone while your run while the T-REx Doesn't.

- A:Answer Have you downloaded the app? You have to go into the app to change these settings. It’s the only reason I can think of as to why it isn’t working.
