Yes it’s very easy just connect your phone contacts though the Alexa app and you can make calls when asking alexa

Note: The webcam is not included with the device and must be purchased separately. To make video calls, your webcam needs: A USB 2.0 connection cable. At least 720p resolution. At least 30 frames per second, uncompressed. Webcams with 1080p resolution and 60-to-90 degree field of view from 8.5 feet (3 m) are recommended. To make video calls: Plug a compatible webcam into the USB port on your Fire TV device. If you want to use Ethernet, make sure to use an adapter that has a port for USB and Ethernet. Complete setup for Alexa Calling and Messaging in the Alexa app. To make a call, say, "Call [contact's] Echo." Hope this helps and have a great day!
