Hi there! Looking around online, it looks like some customers have had success using RCA or TCL codes to get their universal remotes connected. The most helpful advice I found was a customer setting up a DirectTV remote that gave them the option to select "I don't know my model" and try a few different options. If your FIOS Remote has an interface that lets you select an option like that I would give it a shot, otherwise I would reach out to the support for your remote and see if they can assist.
