The books you have already purchased are stored in the cloud under your account. Once you register on this new one, you will have access to your previous purchases and can download them to your new Kindle over any wifi connection.

When you get a new device just go into your cloud and change to your new device and download away. You don't need to worry about loosing what was on your old unit, the main copy is always in your cloud.
