Q: QuestionI want this Kindle Reader so when my old one needs to be recharged I can keep reading, and not wait 3 or 4 hours. Will it sync the position in the book from one Kindle to the other, so I can pick up where I left off, no matter which one I'm using?

• A:Answer i'm not sure because i have a parental block on my children's kindle but this kindle does include a web browser so if you go to menu and select experimental there is a search option. You should be able to pull up your gmail, yahoo etc...hope this helps

To use a Kindle, you would need an Amazon account, but a Prime Membership is not required. Any Kindle books you buy from your Amazon account will be able to be viewed and read on the Kindle device. • A:Answer I'm not sure about using Amazon Gift Card. When you log into your Amazon account, you can transfer all of your books from old Kindle to the new one. Click on manage devices and content, once you register your new kindle it should show up. Then you can transfer books there.
