A:AnswerDoesn't work directly with iTunes but you can load your music up if you buy the storage feature - have no tried this yet. I have used Alexa and paired my iPhone to it and played my iTunes music that way.

A:AnswerI have not had a lot of luck getting those types of questions answered. You have to be very specific and try asking different ways and then most of the time you still don't get an answer. By the time I do all of that I can just key the question into google on my phone. I have had mine for about three weeks and I am considering taking it back to see if the google product similar to Alexa is better.
A:AnswerI ordered mine on-line and it wasn't supposed to be out till the 25th. But to my surprise I just received an email from Amazon stating it will arrive on this Wednesday the 18th of January. One thing of note is that I was told by a supervisor? that the only way the Amazon Echo can be shipped is by the USPS or if you live in the U.S. the post office. Bugga for the free shipping
