I believe this would be possible. You would have to connect to your cell phone and have echos throughout your home. Alexa would not be able to tell if someone fell down but could call out if they were able to speak out but not reach a phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As a monitor no but the device will make calls for you if you ask it to. I think they may have a version now or coming soon that has a camera on it. I'm pretty sure that would be a great monitor.
