“Can I pair this with a portable bluetooth or wifi speaker to get a stereo sound?”

Yes , just ask Alexa to pair with speakers

You can pair it with another Echo t do that, but a Bluetooth speaker will just become the main speaker, not an extra speaker.

You can pair it via BT to a speaker however the sound will only come out of one device at a time, it won’t do stereo sound.

Yes, I pair it with a Bose Bluetooth all the time. Works great.
