It has a hard time finding the internet connections most every time I move it. Some days I try a different plug in several places. You have to tell Alexas to play music every time you unplug it, & it comes back on. Good Luck! Buy you another one! I want a 3rd one. One in the kitchen, bedroom & need another for the garage & outside. Love them
