• A:Answer Just once. Have the app open and your phone near the device to active each device. The first one takes a little bit longer then the rest. It should walk you though the setup.

• A:Answer Hello, There are not. All you need are the Echo Dot, Wifi and power to plug it into. If you choose to use a premium service such as Amazon Music Unlimited to stream music, that would be an additional cost, but if not, there are plenty of free choices. I hope this info helps. • A:Answer Hi Jerry, Yes, if your smart TV says that it "works with Alexa" or has the Alexa app that you can download in its main menu so that you can link it to your Echo Dot, then yes, it would. Not all smart TV's have that capability. You would want to check with the TV Manufacturer.
