“I have this and had the kitchen light set up with Alexa with WiFi bulbs. Since then we moved, took WiFi bulbs with us and now Alexa cannot find them even when I enter each bulbs serial number. Can you help!!”

• Make sure your new WiFi is set up to be on the same network as your bulbs and Alexa. If it is you can manually reset the bulb to rediscover it with the serial number on the base of the bulb

• Did you go through the reset process? I had something similar where is could never discover the bulb, but the reset of the bulb resolved it. Maybe that is what you did when you said you entered the serial number.
