Hello! or the Echo Show 11 (released in late 2025), the streaming experience is a bit different from a standard smart TV or the larger Echo Show 15. While it has a beautiful Full-HD screen, it does not support every service equally. Here is the breakdown of how you can watch your subscriptions: 1. Native App Support (The "Best" Experience) The Echo Show 11 has a dedicated "Video" section in the menu. Only a handful of services have official, native apps built specifically for this interface: Prime Video Netflix Hulu (Region dependent) Tubi / Pluto TV For these, you can simply say, "Alexa, open Netflix," and use your voice or the touchscreen to browse. 2. The "Missing" Apps (Disney+, Max, etc.) Currently, major services like Disney+, Max (formerly HBO), and Paramount+ do not have native apps on the Echo Show 11. Unlike the Echo Show 15 or 21, the Show 11 does not have "Fire TV" built-in, so you cannot download apps from the Amazon Appstore like you would on a Fire Stick. 3. The "Silk Browser" Workaround To watch your other subscriptions, you have to use the built-in Silk Web Browser: How it works: Say, "Alexa, open Silk," and navigate to the website of your service (e.g., youtube.com or disneyplus.com). 4. No YouTube Native App Amazon and Google still don't have a native YouTube app for Echo Show devices. You must use the Silk or Firefox browser to watch YouTube or YouTube TV. I hope that this helps!
