Yes, you can as long as you have both Alexa's signed in under the same Amazon account. Then you can active what is called "Drop-In" and leave that running. I hope that helps. Best of luck.

But you can with linked accounts and permissions setup do a "Drop-In" It's similar to a call but the other side will auto answer so they don't have to accept the call. The "Drop-In" can do video and audio.
