• Yes. You can use any Echo show device to view your ring camera. Just enable it through both the Ring and Echo App.

• Yes u can connect to ring door camera and use the Alexa app to synchronize to ring , I can drop in on my echo through Alexa app ,and the camera to check my bedroom when I’m not home ,

• not sure if you can connect to Ring, because Amazon owns Blink Security Cameras. I hooked my Blink cameras up to the alexa and it works really well.
