My 2 year old son smashed the screen so good that it was coming out. I had the plan and they gave me a new one right off the shelf. Then just bought another protection plan again.

A:AnswerGoogle play does not work on the fire tablet straight out of the box whatever there is a YouTube video with step-by-step instructions that are fairly easy to be able to load Google play onto this tablet so in that sense Google play works great on these tablets as I own a few just not out of the box
