• A:Answer No, but best buy is easier to use in that you can just exchange it at the store. That being said best buy is able to refund your warranty if you explain the situation to them.

Q: QuestionHello, Am I able to download the YouTube app with this tablet? I’m slightly confused, some answers state yes while others state no.

• A:Answer The answer is yes and no. You are supposed to only be able to download things off the Amazon app store, which to my recollection does not offer kids youtube. However there is a process to sideload it onto the tablet. The only issue I ran into, I couldn't get it to migrate from the parental account to the free time kids account. So I had to put on parental controls on the main account so my daughter could use kids youtube without being able to access anything.

• A:Answer Hello, The apps are all available, on a kids tablet, it would just depend on how you have the parental controls set up. But the kids tablet can have an adult mode on it as well to use regularly with out controls, and then you can control in kids mode what the child has access to.
