The only port on the Kindle 6" is a micro-USB port which can be used for charging the Kindle battery and also it can connect to a desktop or laptop computer through the standard USB on the other end of the usual cable. If you want to connect by HDMI, you should check any one of many gadget shops (like computerguys.com) and order a connector cable. That should have a microUSB male connector on one end and a standard HDMI male connector on the other.
