Q: QuestionI am having a problem with charging the battery. I connect the charger and it does not charge. Is the charger that comes with the device in adequate? Or sometimes it will charge but it takes hours upon hours. Is anyone else having this problem?

• A:Answer Based on Amazon's response, the device takes approx. 6hrs to charge fully. With a max 12hr use per charge (Closer to 8-10hrs if using on WiFi or while playing heavy graphic intensive games or apps.) This device is truly a use all day, charge all night type of tablet. Of course you can use it while it's on the charger, but that will make the charge cycle even longer. Avoid multiple short charge cycles a day as each cycle effects the battery and will eventually kill the battery earlier than if you charge fully in long stretches.

• A:Answer I've taken it to South America and of course the tablets works anywhere. Now the catch is some of the apps will not work on the country if that service is not provided there. For instance Pandora did not work where I went. Amazon video and other services did not work either but Netflix, Spotify, free Youtube (not the paid subcription of Youtube Red because that one does not work outside of US) and other apps worked fine.
