Depends on if you're logged in under a child's profile or an adult's. You can download media to the device or to an SD card (micro), but a child's profile cannot access anything on removable storage (SD card). It doesn't let you use your Amazon Music account like you can on your phone: you need to subscribe to their streaming service. I didn't check to see if there are workarounds via accessing Amazon through the web browser, though.
