• Yes it does, just press the right button with the three lines when watching content and a menu will come up, pick your language and how big you would like your font to be. But I noticed the close captions are spoiler alerts because they are ahead of the visual feed.

• Yes. While watching a video, select Menu on the remote to turn cc on/off. You can adjust size small->large and select white over clear, white over shaded, yellow or reverse/black lettering.
