Hello, Mar! You do not need an Amazon Prime account to use the Fire TV Cube. You would have access to the free features that Fire TV offers. In addition to that, you can download and log into many different apps, such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ and log into your accounts to start streaming. I'm not 100% certain, but I think you still have access, but nothing would be free. I use by cube for streaming other services as well. Disney +, Fubu, PBS, etc. So if you only have those types of services, the cube is still worthwhile. You just add the apps to your account.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don’t need an Amazon Prime account to use the Fire Tv Cube. The Cube has lots of streaming apps preloaded and many are free. If you do have a subscription to the pay ones, like Netflix and Prime, you will need to initially sign in to each one with your user ID and password. There are easy set up instructions to follow on your tv.
