Can I download a short video and play it repeatedly. null

Hi Donutd, If the video was available via the web, then you could watch it, and keep restarting when it is finished. It will not have the ability to download per say, you will still need Wifi, then only thing that will download on the device itself is the Apps. And repeat for a movie is not an option, you would have to start it again after it was finished. Hope this information helps. Have a great day.
