• I would imagine it would work as long as the tv is connected to the Bose system since the fire stick would be connected to the tv using a HDMI and then just selecting it as an input

• yes and no, it wont hookup directly to it but if your Bose system is hookup to the TV rca out ports, you should be good, works fine with my surround sound
