I watch regular channels all the time just turn off the stick or exit out

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm assuming you mean the fire sick is interfering with your reception. I'd suggest purchasing a digital TV antenna for around 50$ that will give you all the local channels in HD assuming you have a fairly current TV.

However there is an app to remote the firestick from a tablet or smart phone. I'm not sure what regular TV channels have to do with the fire stick. Sounds like you just need to switch sources on your TV.
