Connect to Internet How do you connect the fire stick to the internet? Does it connect to my router? I may have ordered the wrong product.

Once you have the stick connected and powered on, go down to settings and then right click over to network. Select your wifi id and enter your password. If everything is correct it will say connected. Done!

The fire stick will connect to the internet via a wireless connection. During setup you identify the access point SID and password. If your TV is not in range of a wireless access point you can't use the fire stick.
