• Fire TV Stick runs off a USB charge, if you have an Android phone that can be charged there then yes, you can power a Fire TV Stick. Many TV's have a USB port capable of powering the unit.

• You can get a 110 adapter ,plug it into the 220 then plug tv into 110 adapter, fire stick then connect to tv. Yes it can work like that.

• It has standard US outlet however it detaches and u can use the USB and plug it directly to the TV
