“Does it come with the stick, remote, power adapter, HDMI extender and batteries? Best Buy and Amazon has it for the same price and Best Buy Only says that the box includes the fire tv stick, remote and owners manual.”

It comes with everything required for use of the fire stick. There are no "batteries", it's plugged in to an outlet when in use. The first one we bought was from Amazon and the additional fire sticks were purchased at best buy. They all contained the exact same product and accessories.
