• It comes with everything required for use of the fire stick. There are no "batteries", it's plugged in to an outlet when in use. The first one we bought was from Amazon and the additional fire sticks were purchased at best buy. They all contained the exact same product and accessories.

• The Firestick comes with the HDMI plug and it does NOT require batteries. It comes with everything you need right out of the box.
