Well, I find something is needed. I have stick connected to smart TV, however, at times such as a few days go by and it goes into a mode that says has been disconnected. I then must unplug the stick, go to my wireless and modem and unplug for about 25 seconds and plug all back in. Then return to TV and plug back the stick. Then I must sign in again and off it goes. Works great when it gets going. I have max of 50 mps and latest equipment hooked up. So what gives now?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are two ways of providing power to Fire TV Stick. 1. Connecting USB cable directly to TV (USB port). This will provide power to the stick for video streaming. 2. Connecting the USB cable directly to power outlet (older TV's may not have USB port to provide power) Please note that USB cable and power outlet adapter "are included".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will work without the included power adapter, but it will not perform updates unless the power adapter is plugged in.
