• I doubt it only if it says it just depends on what you are buying some things will let you pair your tv to it check the package and see what it says

• Hi David! This is actually a complete Fire TV Stick HD, and unfortunately the included remote is not compatible with a Toshiba Fire TV. I would suggest checking out the Alexa Voice Remote Pro which can be paired and works great with any and all Fire TV based devices. I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!
