Ours came with one combined HDMI/USB/Power adapter that you connect to the HDMI extender. The HDMI extender was helpful for us because it made the power cord longer. The power adapter has a power plug at one end and a USB adapter on the other. That plugs into the Fire Stick Adapter that has an HDMI plug on the side opposite where you would plug in the USB adapter. You can then connect the HDMI extender to the HDMI plug on the Fire Stick Adapter if needed. So, it does have all three but the USB cable and Power Adapter are connected together and need to be connected together in order to make your Fire Stick work. The HDMI extender is nice to have but is not always necessary. Hope that answers your question.
