This is the first time I use an Amazon Fire Stick and I am very please with the functions. The best part I do not have to use the TV remote for anything. All is done through Amazon Fire Stick remote, and Alexa Voice is awesome. It was easy to install. I like it so much I purchase another one for my bedroom TV. Just make sure to purchase the Fire Stick with the up and down volume feature as the Amazon Fire Stick light do not have that option and then you have to use your TV remote and Fire stick remote.

Help me get rid of my high cable bill. I got tired of paying $200 for cable.

I purchased this device to "cut the cord" from DirecTV, DISH, and Comcast cable to which I have subscribed the past 20 years. The runaway cost and the politics of certain channels were the deciding factor for me to make the switch. I am supremely happy with my decision at the availability of what I can watch on TV. There are loads of movies and documentaries and shows that can be watched for free via tubi TV, Pluto TV, IMDb TV, Fawesome, YouTube, etc. Installation is a breeze with a gmail account connecting to my home network. Shows are in real 1080 HD. Great buy at low one-time cost to replace the above expensive cable/satellite providers. Highly recommend for those wanting to move away from the expensive TV providers.

I thoroughly appreciate my firestick. I am enjoying a wide variety of entertainment and can enjoy my livestream church! I don't even have a smart TV or digital Antenna! I love it!

I Love my fire stick. It’s easy to navigate and has everything I’m looking for on it, no need for cable.

The fire stick is something my family uses everyday, and it’s amazing. It came perfectly packaged, with no issues. We have had our fire stick for a couple weeks now and haven’t had a single issue with it! We love it.

I am happy with this upgrade to my fire stick. It opens up so much more viewing pleasure than regular television.

Best Buy app claimed it would come the next day. But it came 4 days later. The fire sticks came in good condition doesn’t seem like anything’s wrong with them.

Best investment i ever made, haven't used the voice control yet,but it's great that your TV controls are on the same remote that controls the firestick! I think thats,no, that is ,the best feature ! This is so super easy to set up and use,and there was a update that just happened and now the home screen has a new look. The prices are soooo reasonable, they range from very affordable to package deals with bells and whistles. On the nights I make it to bed it's cool to have complete control over the TV/Firestick from the bed,.If you don't have one,get one,very affordable ,you don't have to spend much, unless you want to,higher price doesn't mean better quality, just more connections etc, also take time and look around yourself, if an associate tells you they're out. My son knew where they were normally stocked ,so since they didn't have the one I wanted where they were displayed, we looked around and found the real shelf, and there sitting waiting for me was my firestick, of course I got one for each of the TV's.

I have personally used the first generation Firestick to the current 4K. I will not hesitate to admit that the 4K Firestick is hands down the best, with the all in one remote capability that allows you to no longer have to find the TV remote to turn on & off, as well as being able to mute or control volume with these upgraded features it rocks! Not to mention the 4K picture quality is outstanding! So, if you are tired of experiencing past Firestick blues or simply looking to pull the plug on high cable cost, you can’t go wrong with this current 4K device. But, if you are still skeptical about this device please don’t take my word, and continue to simply do you! I’m extremely happy in my home with my four 4K Firesticks :)!

Great streaming box -- simply plugs in and then connect to all my services using "apps". I use it for Amazon Prime, obviously, but also Disney+, Discovery+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Apple TV+. It also will access Netflix. I connected this to a projector and used an Echo Dot (3rd gen.) to transmit sound to a sound bar located at the screen--wirelessly! It was easy to sync the sound and the movie, so now, movie night is much easier to set up and play. We may even have a double feature!

TL;DR At the end of the day If you already have one or the other that is what I would go with and if you are new to stream devices A Fire TV stick is awesome, especially if you have Amazon Prime. I use Rokus and Fire TV sticks and smart TVs in my house. Lets start off with this, A Roku or Fire TV stick are hands down better experiences than smart TV's (TCL and other TV's like TCL don't count because they have stream devices like Roku built in). In my opinion Amazon Fire TV feels more like an Apple/netflix type product with its way in which it displays apps and also use. Like apple it will simplify streaming services a little bit by showing shows on your home page and you can get to them quickly without having to navigating through various apps. Roku is more like Android in that it seems a little more customizable and doesn't reach into the app level on the home screen (displaying shows to watch). They both have great voice control and voice searching. Honestly I like both but would lean towards recommending Fire TV to my parents and Roku or fire TV to my friend. If you don't have Amazon Prime I would also lean towards Roku. (TL;DR = Too long; didn't Read)

Easy to setup, amazon walks you straight thru it when you connect it to your tv. Synced to older LG non-smart tv with no problem, now I can watch my shows, control volume, and turn the tv on/off with 1 remote. Recommend for anyone who doesn't have a smart tv and wants to access hulu, Netflix, prime, YouTube TV, etc to watch their shows.

The new Fire Stick is easy to set up and we like the hot key for Hulu! Our previous Fire Stick was dependable and also easy to set and use! Our remote disappeared, and we just decided to upgrade. It is a faster system and we love the volume controls on the remote!

I love my Fire Stick 4k. Love the remote ease of use and using Alexa voice remote easy to navigate. Just got YouTube TV a simple process to acces my apps. And great picture and sound quality. Would definitely recommend.

Fire Stick with Alexa is very easy to set up and use. Still learning all that I can do with the Fire Stick, and I am looking forward to that. Works faster than my TV installed smart hub. Remote is direct and easy to use.

Easy set-up, and now replaces the TV remote with the new Fire Stick volume and power features. Excellent product! Overall the Fire Stick has been an excellent addition to my TV setup. My TV is capable of displaying 1080p resolution so I bought this particular model because I did not need the 4K one and this one has TV power and volume control, which was easy to set up. Alexa Voice control is very nice and works perfectly after linking my YouTube account to the Fire Stick. I just press the mic button and tell Alexa what I want to watch and it’s on the screen playing very quickly. I also stream media from my phone from the streaming services as well as photo and pictures from my personal library.
