• Yes, it’s works with HULU, but I think there is a cost to it. Not sure on that Apps cost.

• Yes. Plus it's surprisingly easy to set up: download the Hulu app, then authorize it from your account page on the Hulu website. No need to type the username/password with the Fire Stick remote.
