Kind of. If you connect your Amazon Fire Stick to any bluetooth speak, it will stream sound that it, not the TV, provides. So if you are using you Fire Stick to view something, then it will be fine. Otherwise you'll need a bluetooth adapter, a device that connects to your TV's audio out and sends it out via a bluetooth RF.
