- Answer The fees are with the companies that you pay subscription for and you download their app on the firestick. You also have access to amazon prime shows if you’re a prime member.

- Answer They both have Alexa, but the one with 4K is for the 4K televisions. I don't have a 4K tele, but it works great with mine. When i bought mine, it was on sale for the same price as the regular one (with Alexa). Thee Best Buy salesman said since they were the same price to go ahead and get the 4K.

- Answer You can login into ur amazon account to have access to all apps unfortunately u have to have paid account for most apps. I have netflix so i sign in with my account, i do it for my hulu account as well... and since i have comcast xfinity tv i can login to to most of the apps with my acount username. If u have amazon prime u have access to tv shows if not u have to pay. U can also use the free first 7 days trials if u want but make sure u cancel if its not something u want. U do not have to pay for anything if u know all the apps that give free access. To log in though u do need an amazon account no need to be signed up to primetv if u dont want to

- Answer You can connect it to that internet but i am going to recommend that you don't and here's why, there is a lot of your personal information connected to your fire stick. SO if you use that unlocked internet you can become a victim of a hacker and have more than just your personal information stolen. If you have no other option that to use that internet, i suggest that you purchase a hide my VPN app it does cost a fee but, it's better to be safe than sorry. This app will hide your personal information from everyone protecting you from getting hacked. You can look up those apps on youtube and check out the different ones before you decide which one you would like to use and they will also tell you where you can go in your app store or online to purchase one of your choosing.

- Answer The replacement remotes cost more than the actual device all you have to do is go to your app store on your phone and download the firestick app and it will pull up a remote on your phone very quick and easy to do.
