• Yes, be careful because it may stream and use a lot of data on your phone service but it can't be done

• Yes it can. It would be very slow though, and the data would skyrocket, so unless you are in a prime 4G area and have unlimited data, I would advise not to go for it. It would be very frustrating to watch a movie with it buffering every minute.

• Yes. Just turn on the personal hotspot tab on your iPhone and let your Fire TV Stick search for your network.

• Yes, it will work. The Fire Stick will show all available WIFI access points. As long as you know the password, the Fire Stick will connect.
