• No. Your tv has to have the Bluetooth technology. You will need to connect to your tv or home theater devices.

• No, the device catches the wireless signal in your home and uses HDMI to send it to the TV, no separate sound broadcast

• Not that I'm aware of. It connects to your tv through hdmi. From your tv you can connect it to an optical audio interface to connect to Bluetooth
